Wallet that does not allow withdrawals (Smartphone)

Describe the bug
When I try to withdraw money, the message “Failure: account key rotated, update mnemonic” appears and the withdrawal is not possible.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Oollet...'
- Click on 'send'
Screenshots
Photo 2 was restored using the mnemonic, and a new wallet was formed. The number of Libras is different. However, the addresses on the latter part of the two accounts match.
