[Bug] Quitting a box on the song select menu using the Cancel input crashes the game

It seems like the Cancel input closes the same box twice in a row, causing the game to go kaboom
Additionally, the Escape button should be aliased to Cancel (Escape should be the default value for Cancel when launching the game for the first time, and Escape hardcoded binds should be removed)
