Hiding the Android version

On the OnePlus 11 phone on Android 14, I cannot hide the version of Android and the API version from VD Infos (in the Android Version section).
At the same time, in all sections of Prop Value this very VD Infos, I filled out all the points.
Why is the XPL Ex not hidde the Android version?
What measures can be taken to conceal Android versions and API?
