fails to unpack with "unexpected end of data" error

Turns out that files dowlnoaded by google chrome with parallel downloading flag "chrome://flags/#enable-parallel-downloading"
have one byte missing, and can't be unpacked.
I have created a bug report for chromium.

Chrome developers believe it is a bug on the server end
