script path mismatch

do we need to fix the path to use deployment/v2/? - needed to know the latest version of the deployment flow.

Also https://docs.polygon.technology/cdk/get-started/deploy-rollup/create-wallets/#deploy-contracts doesnt mention which script to use for the genesis file creation
