instant: [Feature Request]: expose contract addresses

I am proposing a feature request to expose contract addresses as optional fields on Instant.
Where this could be useful?
Use Forwarder with whitelisted addresses, use whitelisted versions of bridges, deploy custom versions of bridges (My case I want to add Uniswap bridge as market maker on Veridex pool)
At the moment asset swapper uses the default addresses from contract addresses packages
