i have been trying to figure this out but cant seems to get it.

what do i enter in ?

Sample arguments are provided in the source of each Python script. There are also a number of blog posts that detail the various command strings that could be used in conjunction with DDE attacks. Please reference the README for a description of how each payload is generated and the delivery options. That should clear up the purpose of the server URL.
