Some information to display to the user when they select - existing page for Accessibility Statement

When I selected exiting page I assumed that the text for accessibility statement will be added OR replace the existing content of the selected page. But that did not happen.

Can we add some sort of notification to the user that the page content needs to be updated / added with Accessibility Statement and also link to page which has some guidelines for them.
