Revert doesn't fix issues with OneDrive

INFORMATION: Revert doesn't actually fix issues with OneDrive despite logs saying it's successful, reboots also don't change behavior.

On affected PC's, onedrive's website says "Something went wrong" and the OneDrive app doesn't open on the PC.
