admin.css from the experience plugin is showing up as render blocking css in Google Pagespeed Insights

I would consider this a major issue with the Google emphasis on performance:

Many people are using Page Speed Insights to optimize their site to make Google happy and right now, our Experience plugin is showing up as unoptimized CSS that should be fixed. I am going to provide additional context directly to our internal team.
