I'm not sure if it is perhaps mentioned in specific sections, but something that we should perhaps document is reflow Performance.

There are quite a few things that I've personally looked passed being.

  • Removing Complex Animations From the Flow.
  • The use of DocumentFragment when adding dom elements with Javascript.
  • Batching
