Describe the bug

MapKit JS loads on every page, regardless whether there is a map block or not. Expected behavior: MapKit JS loading only on pages where a map block is used.
This negatively affects performance and PageSpeed scores.

Steps to Reproduce

With the plugin activated, add a map block on a page. MapKit JS loads on all other pages, too.
