Describe the solution you'd like
- test WP New Relic on WordPress 5.9
- open issues for any incompatibilities noted in testing
- resolve issues identified in testing
- bump "tested up to" version
- if code changes needed due to incompatibilities, ship a plugin release, otherwise use "Plugin asset/readme update" action to update "tested up to" version on .org repo

@sudip-10up @ankitguptaindia any chance you'll be able to test the develop branch against WP 5.9 this week? I'm wrapping up preparations for the 7.3.0 release and would ideally like to have confirmed WP 5.9 compatibility.

@jeffpaul Cross tested this plugin with the develop branch on WordPress 5.9 Single site and Multisite environments.
I confirm this is ready to go for WP 5.9 compatibility release. 🚀
