Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Restricted Site Access allows for adding in IPv6 addresses but does not properly verify them, especially ranges. It would be ideal to add in support for IPv6 in the plugin and CLI command(s) to allow folks on more modern network architectures to benefit from the full features of the plugin.
