Do you plan to make this tool a WP-CLI subcommand?
It would be very witty idea.

WP Snapshots can't work off WP CLI. It does a lot of things without bootstrapping WordPress (e.g. wpsnapshots configure) or before bootstrapping WordPress. It also bootstraps WordPress in a very different way than WP CLI.
