Update to 117.0

To keep this functioning in 117.0 I went through the files and removed this line wherever it existed:
Components.utils.import("resource://gre/modules/Services.jsm");
The only issue is the Options window needs updating.

It's broke again in 117.0, now the passwords are no longer populating the window. This appears to be a new issue unrelated to the Services.jsm change.
