Improve RSS structure

I haven't tested the RSS structure very extensively. My personal goal is to optimise it for Slack's RSS integration (/feed subscribe ...), but generic RSS readers should also be a concern.
Update: Thanks for #9, @timmiedinnie! I'll leave this open for now in case there are any other improvements to make.

Including the Tweet text in the title as well as the description was causing Slack to display it twice, so I've added a flavour option that can be used to optimise the RSS structure for specific readers.
