Success = breaking down the brainstorm into subcomponents and ticketing them out.

Things to consider:

• If request lacks specificity, provide user feedback
  • Estimated time process? (kind of like how websites test password strength when you create or change your password)
  • Suggest related open datasets or previously released data -- if their might be overlap?
  • ??
• When / where does this happen & to what extent?
  • While the user is typing?
  • After the user initially submits?
  • Combination?
  • ??
