Big bang releases may not make sense from a technical standpoint, but they may actually be encouraged
by other factors. A long, rigid, arduous ATO process might be one - encouraging only one trip down
the gauntlet to get approval. A legislative mandate might be another.
Let's start compiling a list of these and we can talk about mitigation strategies at a later guild meeting!
