It came up in a front end rally that perhaps the Libraries section is not particularly helpful, while also being hard to keep up to date. Survey guild members and non-guild members to find out if this section is dear to anyone.

We discussed the relevance of the Libraries section in a rally again, and it was decided it should be removed.
