Auction type in preview links to rules page

I want to understand what sealed bid and reverse means when I look at the preview of every auction, as a vendor, I should be able to easily access the rules page for each of those from the auction preview itself.

• Scenario: Auction type in auction preview links to rules page for that auction type
• Given I'm a guest to the site
• When I click on the Auction type in the auction preview
• Then I should go to the associated Rules page
• And that page should open in a new browser tab
