[sprint 3] usability testing, card-based + table layouts

We want to understand how our card-based layout will be useful to present information to users of a PII inventory.

Acceptance criteria:

• Session w/ partner scheduled
• we understand what we want to learn from these session(s)
• we have questions drafted / test script prepared (best to prep through pairing)
• we conduct testing session
• we capture outcomes and can articulate next design steps based on those outcomes
