Bug: Filter tags persist after delete

When clearing out filters, the tag persists at the top. If all text is selected and deleted the whole filter keyword stays in the tag. If the text is deleted one at a time (i.e. backspaced), the last remaining letter remains in the tag. Screenshots below.

To replicate:

1. Type text into any of the filters (and into any numbers of them)
2. Delete the text in the filter input boxes
