Investigate small differences in query builder instances

There's some slight styling differences in the original (older) instance of the query builder, and the newer one we are planning to go to production with. I think the difference is probably negligible and won't be worth resolving, but it's worth investigating to make sure nothing is wrong, or is different than the designer's intent.

FYI, this is no longer the case (they now appear the same), so I wonder if there was something going on with caching (or I broke a tiny part of the CSS in both instances), but anyway, this is safe to close.
