Goal:
Depending on Alex's availability, we should plan for needed work on scan engine bugs that can be combined for a microrequest or an 18F staffing request.
Tasks:
- Hear back from Alex
- Decide on which type of request to make
- Document the request details
- Submit the request

We've gotten good intel back on the lead engineer's availability this year, so should be in a position to scope out the microrequest, and possibly put in a longer term staffing request.
