We've gotten the web presence (digital.gov, query builder, api docs, and documentation repo) into a presentable form already. Next, we should do a pass at iterating it so that it is good enough for our next feedback sessions.

API docs and digital.gov pages are updated. Still need to finish updates to the query builder.
