Cannot install Pro / black screen on web console

I Cannot reinstall Pro / and there is a black screen on the web console only displaying the icons, the address in the email regarding the change to Sn1persecurity is broken and when I try to use the web console it gives a black screen on the web console side, your website is displaying properly on the right side.
