Escorted tourists endless loop

Escorted tourists stuck in endless loop after being escorted to Drassen and placed near the airfield.

Once the tourists reach the airfield, Mary wants to donate money to the Mercs but instead puts it on the ground, going into endless loop. This issue only arises when the Merc she wants to give the money to is moving.
Mary will place the money on the ground where the Merc was at the very moment she decided to donate the money.

If the Merc is stationary she gives him the money directly, instead of putting it on the ground, circumventing the endless loop.
