Trần Vĩnh Tân (vinhtantran) has suggested that we include the Hundred
Family Surnames (Bách gia tính) [1] in the word list. This list would allow
the spell checker to recognize common Vietnamese family names.
Before adding the names in, however we need to make sure that none of them
conflict with common spelling mistakes. Also, if any of the names is
exceedingly rare, it would be best to leave it out of the word list, which
is intended for general use.

That list [1] http://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/B%C3%A1ch_gia_t%C3%ADnh apparently only contains the vietnamese(with chinese pronuntiation) last names.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
