Could you specify license for the icon (and preferably for other files in the repo as well)/?

Sure!

The icon belongs to John Earnest, so that would be a question for him.

Decker itself (which I have only built and packaged here) is MIT.

I hereby place the icon under the same MIT license as the rest of the Decker project.
