new git diff formatter

It might be potentially useful to support git diff format as one of Gopium formatters.
This will give us nice abilities: to create git patch files by Gopium CLI, integrations with UI git diff viewers, etc.
Note: this feature most likely will require either drastically rework ща existing Diff formatter to pass AST results inside or implementing new family of format for it.
