Cannot Access "NonPathingEntity" Before Initialization On Quickstart

I tried to run the server following the "getting started" instructions, and had no luck. It closes the command prompt window before I can read anything.
Running the server using npm run quickstart results in the error image above. I've tried deleting everything and starting over as well, to no avail.
Is this a known issue, or something happening to others by chance?

This might’ve been recently introduced with the last merges. Let me check on it soon.
