Assignment parser misses asns

The format in the files being parsed can indicate status for a set of asns on a single line, the parser currently ignores this meaning.
The number following the asn indicates a set of N asns, if that number is greater than 1,
arin|US|asn|701|5|19900803|assigned
for example should be expanded into assignment status for multiple asns (AS701 - AS705)
