As a user,
I would like to upload MEI files,
so that I can store my works
Context
An upload button in which you can upload MEI files. The MEI files will be stored in the database.
Additional Context
Acceptance Criteria
- Should have a button to upload files
- Should be able to upload files
- Should see a list of uploaded files
