[BUG] Documentation not compiling corrrectly on readthedocs

Describe the bug:
The documentation at https://21cmmc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/py21cmmc.html contains no links -- something is obviously going wrong.
To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the link and observe.
Expected behavior:
The table should contain links to docstring API documentation.
