While moving marker in some zones(with war conflict f.e: Palestina, Crimea) line coordinates do not changes.

In some zones that is surrounded by dasshed lines(Crimea, Palestina) when we move marker lat and lon do not changes, but google has coordinates for this zone. Please fix that.
