flare botched import of svg

But no need to re-open this, we can track this one here.

Looks like we're not providing the default black fill, and it also looks like we're reading the matrix transform wrong.

Thanks @ArtificialPenguins! This should be fixed up. Build will be live in a few minutes. It'll be build number 1969 (and greater). You can see the build number in the bottom right of the settings.
