[Oct 23] Co-ordinate with Cellmap to do what can be done to launch the challenge on time

As the launch date nears, we're going to be doing what it takes to launch this challenge. This issue tracks unforeseen issues we may have to tackle.

This is not a blank slate to do whatever is asked, however! This is primarily for tracking purposes.
