Unfortunately this launcher is a bit outdated. You have to rename JDK to Java to find it. Keep in mind Eclipse dropped 32-bit support so you will need jdkPortable64

EclipsePortable and CommonFiles need to be in the same folder. Example folder structure:
C:/PortableApps/EclipsePortable
C:/PortableApps/CommonFiles/Java
