How to exit the fps_unlocker automatically when I exit genshin impact

When I run the fps_unlocker for the second time, it reminds me I already had an fps_locker running. And then I have to restart with windows taskbar. How can I make the fps_unlocker auto-exit after I exit my game? Thank you!
