GUI5.py - tab new version

This ticket is to evolve the GUI from version 3, to version 5.

  • version GUI3.py is using python widget
  • version GUI5.py will be using QML

This new feature will be gradually incorporated to the project with new tabs also in QML.

Issue is solved. New tab using QML is merged.
