List of Contributors and Reviewers; Hall of: Fame

Create 3 lists as follows:
List of Contributors - list including the names of contributors with the issue they contributed short description;
List of Reviewers - include all current and former contributors who did code review and pull request approval and merging.
Hall of Fame - list including the names of contributors who made significant and remarkable contribution to the Avatar project, including what they contributed short description;
This two lists have the intuit of recognizing all developers and also document the contributions done for the Avatar BCI system implementation as an open source project.
