[BUG] <Will not work on Gitpod but will work on codespaces>

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

Tested 3x on Gitpod and Codespaces, will not work on Gitpod. I waited 30 minutes before opening the port, it did not change on both occasions. on codespaces, it will open almost immediately without fail.

Expected Behavior

It should work on both.

Steps To Reproduce

1. open gitpod dashboard
2. launch the container
3. run the command
4. let load
5. wait 30 minutes
6. open ports
7. 404 not found

Environment

- OS: ubuntu 20.04
- How docker service was installed:
pkg manager

Docker creation

pkg manager

Container logs

none

i just used the install command for everything and it worked
