What is the bug?

I am trying to run a query in QuickOSM, I have tried running all the different API's but none seem to be working, anyone know what this issue might be.

Error from the QuickOSM Log Window:

Include some logs here, in QGIS Logs panel, bottom right icon, the small bubbles, in the QuickOSM tab.
