Feature request: preload cache ready healcheck

Is it possible to make simple docker healtcheck cmd that indicates preload process state? That allows such as rolling updates to worker tasks with orchestrator. The main thing is that worker is ready only when cache preload process fully completed.

Worker might be also unavailable when it is refreshing cache?
