Our documentation for contributors currently lives in the top-level eventuals README.md: https://github.com/3rdparty/eventuals#contributing
To avoid overwhelming potential new users, let's trim our main README.md down to some combination of user-facing API docs and a getting started guide and move documentation for contributing to the eventuals codebase to other files.
