I use Parrot OS, and can't do add-apt-repository -u ppa:3v1n0/libfprint-vfs0090
also when I do the manual way ( for other destros )
I get:
list_devices failed: No devices available

 apt-cache policy libfprint-2-2 libfprint-2-tod-vfs0090
