KeepQuotedReply=true breaks bridging messages from Matrix

Enabling this feature breaks bridging and the default of KeepQuotedReply=false. The default is for replies to start with a newline, so it's not fully stripped out. No form of structured reply is used, at least when bridging to Discord/Telegram.

Nevermind, issue appears to be something else.
