Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a gateway between mattermost and telegram. It’s annoying to have messages (with an attached picture) silently skipped because they are too long.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add MessageSplit and MessageClipped settings for telegram.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Display an error message on telegram.
