Actions are broken with prefix

Hi @42wim , just started to test latest matterircd with the prefix thing, awesome! Thanks for that.

I found a small bug: with prefix, if some user sends a "/me something", I see that as:

<user> [003] �ACTION message �

There are 2 unprintable chars...
Is this sometinhg that can be fixed or an inherently issue with prefix?
